Custom Designs
All custom orders require a 50% nonrefundable deposit.
Payment
- PayPal is safe to use and your financial information is secure. PayPal
payments enable your purchase to be reserved and shipped quickly.
- You no longer need to have a PayPal account to order items. Purchase
using your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Bank ATM or Electronic Check to order.
- If you are paying by check or Electronic check, we will wait for the
check to clear before the items(s) are shipped. Please remember, that our jewelry is one-of-a-kind and the item
may sell during this timeframe. If this happens, your money will be credited toward another item or returned at
your request.
- California residents pay 7.75% sales tax
Returns & Repair Policy
- We will accept returns of the jewelry pieces (unless otherwise noted)
within 14 days of receipt. Pieces must be in "new and unused condition", with inventory tag intact and
returned in original packing materials. Please email us first to notify us of the return and receive a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA #). Your refund will not include shipping charges. There will be a twenty-five percent (25%)
restocking Fee.
- Refunds will be in the original form of payment.
- Custom and Special orders are non-refundable.
- Earrings are only refundable at 40% of the purchase price.
- If an item breaks…collect all the available parts and return them. Please
email us first to notify us of the break. If a break occurs because of faulty parts, we will fix it for free, including
return shipping. If there are missing pieces, there will be a minimal charge for replacement.
Shipping & Handling
- Shipping and handling is a flat fee of $8.95 within the United States.
We ship most orders USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation.
- All of our jewelry is handmade, one at a time, in our studio in Southern
California. We will make every effort to ship your order within 7 days (custom orders excluded). If for some reason
we are unable to ship within this timeframe, you will be notified.
- If you need it by a certain date, please contact us and we will make
every effort to make arrangements to ship your order within your timeframe. Additional shipping charges may apply.
International Orders
Please check with us first to see if we ship to your country. Together we can determine the best,
safest and quickest way for you to receive our jewelry.
